Mr D Morris, Headteacher; St Mary's Overton, Wrexham

'I am writing to express my appreciation for the work that The Little Learning Company does in schools throughout the County. I was first introduced to their work at a headteacher briefing and immediately recognized the potential for a valuable partnership. As we strive to make our school the center of our village community, The Little Learning Company has been instrumental in helping us achieve that goal. We have hosted two highly successful Lego workshops for parents and children during school hours, as well as emergency first aid sessions. Parents have been asking us what’s next, and we have recently acted on their suggestions by setting up British Sign Language sessions for the whole family. The driving force behind all of these initiatives is the incredible Alex Wright. She has been instrumental in making these sessions a reality, answering my many questions in double-quick time and taking all the stress and strain out of setting them up. Whatever funding The Little Learning Company receives is, in my opinion, well worth it, as the impact they have on communities such as ours, still learning to come together after the pandemic, offers real value for money'.
